Mine has worked fine, ports need to be 27015 and 7777 (I forward both udp/tcp as I'm not positive which are needed, I'm sure someone will correct me)Different ways to have them try to join/find your server:Steam browser (outside of game), go to View, Servers, Add server. Especially if you disabled your firewall.What does your command look like for starting up the server? It should show up there and they can try to join that way.Give them a link to your server to try: steam://:27015Example: steam://215.22.5 (not a real server)It takes typically 10 mins or more to show up in the list, so sometimes it's just about being patient. I have found that once I see it in the 'servers' browser I mentioned previously, it's up and shows up in game.Most likely your ports arent' being forwarded properly.
